Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years restaurant management or supervision.
• Bartending or serving experience required.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, POS systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of restaurant operations including hiring, training, scheduling, inventory management and guest experience.
• Support inventory control, labor management, safety management and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and effective communication; coach and train coworkers.
