Job summary

JJ’s Grill is seeking a key member of its Leadership team in Conway, AR to guide daily restaurant operations and uphold JJ’s Grill standards. You will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, oversee front- and back-of-house teams, and help drive guest satisfaction through strong organizational skills and a positive workplace.

Responsibilities include optimizing processes, reducing waste, staffing, coaching, and ensuring Arkansas food safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in business supervision and restaurant management.
• Strong coaching and team development abilities.
• Solid budgeting and accounting knowledge.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest experience meets JJ’s Grill standards.
• Observe processes and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate opening, shift transfers, and closing to maintain service.
• Oversee front- and back-of-house operations.
• Control costs and reduce waste.
• Know JJ’s Grill products, offerings, and events.
• Ensure a fun, safe, and enriching team member experience.
• Lead with JJ’s Grill values to support the team.
• Address difficult situations and minimize stress.
• Promote the brand locally through events.
• Staff Front of House to support business needs.
• Welcome new hires and train them for success.
• Conduct reviews and coaching per development needs.
• Know and enforce Arkansas food safety standards.
