Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help lead staff, manage operations, and execute strategies that boost sales and customer satisfaction. You will support the Restaurant Manager, ensure proper procedures, and contribute to a dynamic team environment.

The role emphasizes staffing, inventory control, cash handling, and daily reporting while maintaining safety and quality standards across shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to work various shift times including days, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays.
• 1+ years restaurant management experience.
• 1+ years managing operations with annual sales volume of $1M+.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility with proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food prep.
• Assist Restaurant Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Prepare and package customer orders to maximize service.
• Understand financial reporting and analyze profit and loss to capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager on talent acquisition.
