Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and ensure friendly, prompt service with great food in a clean environment.

The ideal candidate is a motivated team player with at least 1 year of assistant management experience in high-volume food service, flexible to rotate weekends/holidays, and capable of leading a team under the General Manager’s guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License with access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent; must meet state/federal requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff.
• Ensure food handling, equipment maintenance, and safety standards.
• Support delivering a fun, family-friendly environment.
