Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily restaurant operations in Maplewood, MN. You will lead a team, ensure friendly guest service, maintain food quality, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, coaching, and ensuring health and safety compliance, with opportunities for internal growth based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept (preferred).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing with access to private transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Create and manage staff schedules, interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff while maintaining team relations.
