Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager who will assist with the daily operations of the restaurant. The Restaurant Assistant Manager assists with ensuring that each visit by a customer result in a friendly and personalized service with great food that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment.

You will work closely with the District Manager and team to maintain operational standards and procedures, and we seek a self-motivated, dynamic team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of assistant manager experience in food service.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee daily operations and maintain financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Recruit, train and orient new team members.
• Coach and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure food handling, equipment maintenance, and safety standards.
• Promote a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
