Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations, ensure friendly service, and maintain food quality in a clean, inviting setting. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, teamwork, and operational standards under the District Manager.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage staff and procedures while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service (preferred)
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays
• Valid Driver's License in good standing and access to private transportation
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, customer service oriented

Responsibilities

• Overseeing restaurant's daily operations
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls
• Create and manage staff schedules
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team
• Oversee coaching, counseling and developing staff and managing team relations
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
• Set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant
