The Residence at Natick South, part of LCB Senior Living, LLC, seeks a Restaurant Director to lead daily kitchen and dining operations for the community.

You will plan, organize, and direct the Restaurant Operations department, develop policies for food prep and service, and work to maintain high dining quality while managing staffing and budgets.

5-10 years kitchen leadership experience preferred; Serve Safe cert; culinary degree or CDM preferred; evening/weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of hands-on kitchen experience with leadership roles.
• Serve Safe Certification.
• Culinary degree and/or CDM preferred.
• Knowledge of local/state health, sanitation and safety codes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen and dining services operations.
• Plan, organize, and direct Restaurant Operations.
• Develop policies and procedures for food preparation and service.
• Lead staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training.
• Manage budgets, labor, and occupancy strategies.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to grow community occupancy.
