The position requires strategic leadership, strong people development, and a focus on food quality, safety, and hospitality. You will drive competitive performance and represent the company in the local community.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of impactful restaurant multi-unit leadership.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative management skills.
• Proficient knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Focus on your people by creating a culture of high employee retention and full staffing.
• Manage crew members to grow with the company and reduce turnover.
• Interview and hire team members.
• Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures.
• Build sales through the Qdoba recipe, hospitality, and cleanliness.
• Maximize store sales goals versus budget and participate in marketing programs.
• Oversee catering sales growth and manage food and labor costs.
• Execute company policies and procedures and identify issues for corrective action.
• Promote a guest-centric culture and monitor guest experience metrics.
• Develop relationships with employees and address workplace issues.
