Roaring Fork Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee the operation of several Qdoba Mexican Eats locations in Wisconsin’s Milwaukee area. You will lead multi-unit teams, drive guest service, and manage financial performance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience, hands-on leadership, and a proven ability to hire, train, and develop managers while optimizing costs and labor. Qualified applicants are warmly welcomed.

• Commitment to 45+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee hours and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
• Oversee interviewing, hiring, and training of new managers; manage employee relations.
• Oversee cost of goods and labor in each store and maintain financial targets.
• Monitor guest service, sales, labor, and food against budgeted expectations.
• Lead regional meetings and conduct store meetings as appropriate.

Job Functions Include:

• Coordinate employee hours and schedule to have a sufficient number of employees working
• Responsible for employee relations
• Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training new managers
• Oversee the cost of purchased goods and labor in each store
• Monitor and manage operational/financial targets to meet or exceed budgeted expectations including: guest service results, sales, labor, and food
• Participate in regular regional meetings and conduct store meetings as appropriate

Requirements:

• Must be accessible and available during restaurant operating hours.
• A minimum commitment of 45-hours-a-week; shifts of varying times and varying lengths
• May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of recent multi-unit restaurant management experience
• Computer proficiency and profit/loss exposure and/or responsibility
• Growth-driven & career-oriented
• Hands-on management style
• Ability to take initiative, run strong shifts, and train teammates to do the same
