Job summary

QDOBA is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, in partnership with the Restaurant Manager, ensuring brand standards and high guest satisfaction. The role emphasizes people development, training, and maintaining compliance with policies and health regulations.

You will supervise staffing, coach employees, support catering growth, and help drive long-term sales growth while upholding safety and service excellence. A flexible, hands-on leader is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires supervisory or management experience in a restaurant setting.
• Familiar with local health and safety regulations and scheduling/labor laws.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work.
• Food handler certification and any local certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager in daily operations and brand adherence.
• Develop and coach staff to deliver excellent guest service and food quality.
• Monitor staffing and scheduling; recruit and onboard team members.
• Support catering sales efforts and customer relations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
