Qualifications

• 3+ years of Restaurant Multi-Unit Leadership experience.
• Requires ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English.
• Maintains professionalism and optimistic attitude in all situations.
• Is a self-starter who takes initiative and willingly accepts responsibility.
• Good listener, self-motivator and can motivate others.
• Proficient knowledge of personal computers and related business software applications (Microsoft Office).
• Shows integrity and ethical behavior.

Responsibilities

• Attain financial objectives through management of people, product, service and facilities.
• Manage to budget and monitor operating numbers daily.
