Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Manager/Brand Ambassador to oversee a high-volume, full-service restaurant with a retail and Wine Club focus. You will lead hourly teams, partner with the General Manager, and guide staff education to grow the Wine Club community.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, operations execution, and collaboration across kitchen and front-of-house to maximize guest satisfaction and financial results.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant; scratch-kitchen experience preferred.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Results-driven; able to coach team to hit restaurant targets (Wine Club growth).
• Ability to read, understand and communicate in English.
• Demonstrates financial acumen.
• Preferred ServSafe and state/local licensing certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 1-2 departments including food runners, host, porters and/or bar.
• Adhere to policies and manage assigned operating systems.
• Ensure collaboration between kitchen and front of house operations.
• Represent company values and create a respectful work environment.
• Lead and coach Team Members; participate in hourly hiring; maintain weekly schedules.
• Maximize financial and operational results; conduct weekly inventory for assigned departments.
• Build and maintain Wine Club Community; ensure FOH staff are trained to educate guests and invite them to join.
• Operate POS, Online Scheduler, inventory/ordering software, and Microsoft Office.
• Maintain a safe, healthy work environment and food safety.
• Maintain professional image per Team Member Handbook.
• Other duties as assigned.
