Bonnet Eatery in Prince George, BC, is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to assist the Restaurant Manager. Salary is $22.50 per hour for a 35-hour work week. Full-time, permanent role with English language requirement and a single location.

The position involves managing daily restaurant operations, staff scheduling, and ensuring food safety standards. Experience in food service and strong customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of experience in food services industry is required.
• Good communication skills and people management abilities.
• Willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends, nights and mornings.
• Candidate must have completed a food safety course.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations of the restaurant.
• Schedule, supervise and coordinate activities of the restaurant staff.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Resolve customer complaints and staff conflicts to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Supervise duties including delegation, scheduling, interviewing, training and mentoring.
• Train staff in sanitation and safety procedures.
