Responsibilities

• Complete Monday Morning and Daily Paperwork.
• Prepare Employees' Work Schedules.
• Prepare Employees' Position Charts.
• Complete Truck Delivery Orders.
• Maintain Inventory Controls.
• Perform Employee Write-Ups/Disciplinary Actions (not termination).
• Maintain Hourly Employees' Time and Attendance Records.
• Complete Orientation of New Hires.
• Daily Cash Handling (verification of cash and deposits).
• Assist in interviewing and hiring processes.
• Handle and document customer complaints in the log.
• Complete Management Operations Checklist.
• Follow-up on repairs and maintenance with vendors.
