Responsibilities include overseeing shift operations, managing scheduling, controlling costs, and partnering with the Restaurant Manager on recruiting and training.

Qualifications

• 1+ years restaurant management experience.
• 1+ years managing operations with $1+ million annual sales.
• 1+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 1+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility with proper food safety adherence.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food prep.
• Assist Restaurant Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Prepare and package customer orders promptly to maximize service.
• Understand financial reporting and analyze profitability to capitalize opportunities.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager on talent acquisition.
