Love's is hiring Restaurant Assistant Managers to lead staff, manage operations, and implement strategies to boost sales and customer satisfaction in our busy restaurants. You will work with the Restaurant Manager to supervise daily tasks, ensure safety, and deliver exceptional service to customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to work various shift times including days, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• 1+ years restaurant management experience.
• 1+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1+ million.
• 1+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 1+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through facilities and equipment maintenance and food safety adherence.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Prepare and package customer orders promptly to meet service expectations.
• Understand financial reporting, analyze profit and loss, and drive opportunities.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager in talent acquisition efforts.
