Job summary

Compass Group USA at Fort Drum, NY is hiring for a full-time Shift Supervisor. The role oversees a 7-day operation with two shift options, 5:00 am to 9:00 pm, and requires supervisory experience. Base pay is $21.00/hour plus $5.09/hour SCA health & welfare for eligible hours, up to 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to train and schedule staff.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure that assigned job expectations are completed.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance and reward high performers or address discipline.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as the contact person for employee requests or time-off needs.
• Mentor and encourage staff to pursue advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
