McDonald's is offering a leadership opportunity for a Restaurant Managers position within a franchise-operated location in Syosset, New York. You will oversee shifts, ensure fast, accurate, friendly service, and manage daily operations with a focus on guest experience and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have prior managerial experience in fast-paced settings, a flexible schedule, and the ability to lead multiple departments including Training, Food Safety, Inventory, and Team Development.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule and a passion for fast-paced work.
• Must be 18 years or older to serve as a manager at a corporate-owned restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Managers may also lead specific departments, overseeing systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.
• Guest Service Department Managers ensure crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, oversee sales promotions, train staff in service procedures, and keep the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas organized for optimal service.
• Kitchen Department Managers ensure the restaurant delivers high‑quality, fast food; maintain food safety; control food costs; and train kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
• People Department Managers hire qualified crew, provide training, and schedule them to meet sales and profit goals. They also ensure crew members start well and receive motivation and recognition throughout their employment.
