McDonald’s, operated by an independent franchisee, is seeking a Shift Manager in Long Beach, NY. You will lead shifts, supervise crew and other managers, and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service while upholding quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting is preferred. You must be 18+ and flexible to work various shifts. The position offers competitive pay and benefits provided by the franchisee.
