Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a qualified restaurant manager to oversee daily operations of an assigned food outlet, ensuring prompt and courteous service and adherence to all policies and health regulations.

The role includes supervising staff, scheduling, coaching, and maintaining service standards while assisting in budget and labor control, and representing the department in employee matters. Female/male applicants welcome; 21+ required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• One (1) year of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift/maneuver up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned food outlet to ensure service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and safety/health regulations while managing budgets and labor for the outlet.
• Interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, evaluating, promoting, counseling, and discharging staff as needed.
• Assist the Director with budget goals and monitor financial aspects of the department.
• Represent the Food and Beverage Department in internal and external employee-related matters.
