Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Operations team in Aberdeen, MD. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, maintaining a positive culture, and upholding food and beverage standards across shifts.

You will supervise staff, ensure training, monitor compliance with health, safety, and brand standards, and assist in financial and guest-service objectives. This position is full-time and non-exempt.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma, some college preferred.
• 1-2 years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must adapt to a diverse workforce.
• Basic understanding of P&L goals including labor, sales and COG.

Responsibilities

• Support the Unit General Manager in overseeing operations and delivering results.
• Ensure training and supervision of personnel during shifts to meet standards.
• Monitor health, safety, and liquor regulations where applicable.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and security, and maintain records.
• Address customer complaints per company standards and resolve issues.
• Prepare required paperwork, invoices, reports, and schedules.
