Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint seeks a Restaurant Manager to support the Unit General Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving guest satisfaction, and maintaining a positive culture. You will supervise staff, ensure training, and monitor quality standards in line with Food and Beverage policies.

Responsibilities include managing deliveries quality, assisting in supply orders, resolving complaints, and ensuring health and safety compliance with state/local guidelines.

• Ability to assist leadership team in reaching organizational objectives and goals.
• Basic understanding of P&L goals for the location including labor, sales, and COG.

Responsibilities

• Support the Unit General Manager in overseeing operations by helping deliver exceptional results and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Assist in achieving financial, operational, and guest service objectives while promoting a best-in-class work environment.
• Ensure proper training and supervision of all personnel during assigned shifts for prompt, courteous service and compliance with Food and Beverage standards.
• Check quality standards on deliveries and assist in ordering concept supplies.
• Resolve customer complaints about food quality or service per company standards.
