Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and forecast outlet needs. You will train service staff and communicate with support departments to ensure a high-quality dining experience for guests. Develop Assistant Restaurant Managers and promote a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of three years experience in Hospitality/Restaurant management or similar environment.
• Excellent guest service skills, strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Promote Cache Creek Casino Resort in a positive manner, practice the RICH philosophy.
• Manage all administrative duties to include; scheduling of staff, performance reviews, attendance, exception and variance tracking, coaching and counseling, interviewing, hiring, and terminations.
• Review operations and staff to identify problems and opportunities for improvement; provide coaching and feedback.
• Develop and train staff on guest service principles, service standards, TIPS alcohol awareness and sanitation best practices.
• Conduct daily walk-through of physical plant focusing on preventative maintenance.
• Master the point of sale, requisitioning, table management, and time and attendance systems.
• Keep inventories of restaurant supplies and equipment accurate.
• Review monthly P&L, research irregularities, and complete P&L Variance Report.
• Maintain checkbook for daily revenue and operating expenses.
• Perform table visitations with guests.
• Communicate shift information in Log Book and attend required meetings/trainings.
