Qualifications

• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
• Extensive food and beverage service knowledge.
• Manage Front of House Diner operational quality aspects.
• Develop preliminary menu concepts for the Diner.
• Establish and implement service standards for the Diner.
• Assist in developing cost parameters for the Diner.
• Maintain expenses to meet budgets and forecasts.
• Schedule Front of House Diner staff and manage payroll costs.
• Organize Front of House for fast and efficient service.
• Create programs meeting Iowa health, internal controls and regulations.
• Obtain necessary licenses as required by government entities.
• Track critical areas of food and beverage service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Conduct periodic team member evaluations and development strategies.
• Oversee inventories including rotation, par levels, and physical counts.
• Coordinate new inventory items with the Food and Beverage Director and Purchasing Manager.
• Hire and develop all levels of the Diner service team.
