Wingmen V Llc is seeking an All World Wide Wings Manager with strong leadership to oversee HOH, Bar and Hospitality operations in Champaign, IL. You will supervise staffing, training and development, while maintaining safety and driving profitability.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and staff coaching abilities required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Heart of House, Bar and Hospitality departments on shift basis.
• Plan and supervise staffing, training, development and performance feedback.
• Maintain safe operations and improve profitability through labor and revenue management.
• Hire, coach and develop department managers and team members.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, handle complaints and mentor managers on service standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage inventory and quality controls.
