Job summary

World Wide Wings in Peoria, IL is seeking an All World Wide Wings Manager to oversee the HOH, Bar and Hospitality departments, ensuring safe operations and profitability. This role reports to the General Manager and coordinates with department managers to drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

You will lead staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management while maintaining company standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between units.

Responsibilities

• Direct staffing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring and ongoing development of department team members.
• Create weekly department schedules within budgeted labor guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to food, bar, and hospitality standards and safety procedures.
• Coach and evaluate managers and team members to improve performance and guest experience.

Education

High school education or equivalent
