World Wide Wings is seeking a Department Manager to lead Heart of House, Bar, and Hospitality teams at the East Peoria location. You will oversee HOH, Bar, and dining room operations, coach managers, and help ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant or retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification completed is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license to travel between units.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Heart of House, Bar, and Hospitality departments and shift-by-shift operations.
• Staff staffing, recruiting, interviewing, and development to meet headcount goals.
• Ensure safety, food quality, portioning, and inventory adherence to standards.
• Coach and develop managers and team members, conduct performance reviews.
• Manage costs through labor scheduling, promotions, and guest experience programs.
