Assist the General Manager with all aspects of center management. In their absence, hold responsibility for center operations, entertainment, Food & Beverage, and property maintenance. Maintain a focus on guest satisfaction and staff development. This role is a stepping stone to becoming a General Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Get a glimpse of all you’ll experience as a Restaurant/Hospitality Manager
• MAKE GUESTS PRIORITY #1: Deliver exceptional service, gather feedback, resolve complaints.
• NEVER STOP IMPROVING: Hone operations, schedule staffing to enhance guest experience.
• TAKE EVERY OPPORTUNITY: Drive sales through marketing strategies like leagues and open play bowling.
• PARTNER WITH LEAGUES: Build relationships with league bowlers and manage league activities.
• ASSEMBLE AN ALL-STAR TEAM: Recruit, train, and schedule staff.
• Show Off Those Management Skills: Lead, motivate, delegate effectively.
• DRIVE FOOD & BEVERAGE SALES: Oversee F&B programs, ensure quality, train staff, foster sales culture.
• REMAIN FLEXIBLE: Work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Who You Are

Prepared to fill in for the GM, with strong guest service and communication skills. Flexible for extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. A team player eager to develop talent and advance to a GM role.

DESIRED SKILLS
