Dave & Buster’s Inc./Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager to provide leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and guest experience.

You will develop hourly team members, recruit, coach, and train staff, and oversee all aspects of the business—from details to the big picture—while working a high-volume schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• True leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER: provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.
