Job summary

Exit-76-Corporation seeks a Store Manager to oversee all store operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, inventory, and compliance with food safety standards. You will recruit staff, train teams, and drive local marketing efforts to promote sales while ensuring exceptional customer service and precise cash handling.

The role requires 40–50 hours per week, high school diploma (college degree preferred), and 2+ years in a QSR environment with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of two (2) years in QSR environment, experience in supervising and training staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Completes and posts the staff work schedules.
• Manages a staff of approximately 4 to 12. Assigns, oversees and evaluates work. Recommends promotion, transfer, or termination of employees.
• Communicates changes of food preparations formulas, standards, etc. to staff.
• Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensures that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policy are followed.
• Identifies and contacts prospective customers to promote sales.
