Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Managers lead shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Lead departments; oversee Training, Food Safety, Inventory; set goals and report results.
• Guest Service Managers ensure crew and managers deliver a great customer experience and keep Front Counter, McCafé, Drive-Thru organized.
• Kitchen Managers ensure quality fast food, maintain food safety, control costs, and train kitchen staff.
• People Managers hire and train crew, schedule shifts, motivate staff and recognize performance.
