Ideal candidates have prior managerial experience in fast-paced environments, enjoy a team-focused culture, and are 18+ to qualify as a manager. The position emphasizes growth and leadership within a strong McDonald’s environment.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Manage crew members and be the face of the Scott Family McDonald’s in the community.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up and report results to other managers.
• Oversee training, food safety and inventory management where applicable.
