Qualifications

• Must be able to handle money, make change, process credit card transactions, and know menu details.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
• Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs.

• Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage, and labor costs.
• Hiring, training, and developing new team members.
• Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction in every dining experience.
• Provide leadership to all team members for efficient operation.
• Ensure food quality and availability.
• Conduct conflict resolution procedures and team member reviews.
• Oversee beverage transactions and related duties.
• Complete tasks assigned by the General Manager on time.
• Assist the General Manager as needed.
