The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role is active, requiring you to be on your feet, coordinating multiple team members, and problem-solving in real time.

Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers assist the General Manager with all aspects of the center and its management. In the General Manager’s absence, they assume responsibility for all center and floor management, from entertainment to Food & Beverage to the property and its equipment. Throughout their day-to-day activities, they maintain a commitment to guest satisfaction and develop the team’s hourly staff. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Get a glimpse of all you’ll experience as a Restaurant/Hospitality Manager

• MAKE GUESTS PRIORITY #1: Deliver exceptional service, solicit feedback, and resolve guest complaints.

• NEVER STOP IMPROVING: Hone operational skills; schedule staffing to meet needs and enhance guest experience.

• TAKE EVERY OPPORTUNITY: Drive sales through marketing strategies like leagues and open play bowling.

• PARTNER WITH LEAGUES: Build relationships with league bowlers and officers; manage league-related duties.

• ASSEMBLE AN ALL-STAR TEAM: Recruit, train, and schedule staff.

• Show Off Those Management Skills: Lead and motivate your team, delegate effectively, and maximize productivity.

• DRIVE FOOD & BEVERAGE SALES: Oversee F&B programs, ensure quality, and train staff.

• REMAIN FLEXIBLE: Work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Who You Are

You’re ready to step in for the General Manager when needed, with strong guest service, interpersonal, and communication skills. You’re flexible, team-oriented, and eager to develop your team, aiming to become a General Manager.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• 2+ Years of management experience in food service operations
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to supervise staff
• Strong team player and people developer
• Customer service expertise
• Knowledge of POS systems

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Walk, bend, stand for periods, lift objects with assistance in an entertainment environment.
