Description


The Sr. Manager, Practice Operations is responsible for the systems, structures and day-to-day operations in specific locations of St. Joseph Heritage Healthcare. Directs all medical office organizational operations and works in partnership with the Director of Operations along with all management in developing relationships between the divisions, physicians, departments, and medical offices within St. Joseph Heritage Healthcare in those locations. The Sr. Manager provides leadership and direction to the Medical Office Managers, Supervisors, and Leads of St. Joseph Heritage Healthcare in accordance with the policies and strategic direction of St. Joseph Heritage Healthcare.


The Sr. Manager participates in business development activities and strategic planning processes in order to ensure long term Heritage growth as well as positive physician, community and employee relations. The Sr. Manager Operations works closely with other department leaders to develop and implement administrative strategies as defined by the Chief Operating Officer and oversees the implementation of programs to ensure overall quality of care and service in the day-to-day operations

Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education/experience.

  • Eight (8) years related work experience.

  • Six (6) years Leadership experience.


Preferred Qualification:



  • California market experience.
