Dave & Buster's Inc./Main Event Entertainment in Melbourne, FL is seeking an energetic Restaurant & Operations Manager to lead our fast-paced restaurant and entertainment venue. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage daily operations, and guide a team to deliver high-quality experiences.

You'll oversee costs, labor, and staff development, champion our core values, and ensure excellence across all shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays, to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• True leadership capabilities.
• The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.

Responsibilities

• Developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guest’s expectations.
• Demonstrating proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions.
• Interacting with guest service-focused team members in areas of recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and contentious professional development.

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.
