Main Event in Grand Rapids is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to provide leadership and direction across all operating standards in a fast-paced restaurant/entertainment setting. You will guide hourly teams, manage staffing, and drive guest satisfaction while coordinating with the leadership team to deliver strong business results.

The role requires 2+ years in restaurant/hospitality, ability to work weekends and holidays, and a proven track record in controlling costs, labor, and guest

• 2+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience.
