Dave & Buster’s Utica is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced restaurant/entertainment team, drive guest satisfaction, and manage costs while guiding staff in daily operations.

You will oversee hiring, coaching, training, and development, inspiring a Fun-focused culture and delivering an exceptional guest experience on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
