The Borough of Conshohocken is seeking a hands‑on Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of operations in Conshohocken, PA. You will lead staff, ensure top‑notch guest service, and drive financial results in a full‑service casual dining setting.

Responsibilities include daily decision making across shifts, maintaining standards of quality and cleanliness, and implementing cash controls in line with company policy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of salaried management experience in full‑service casual dining.
• Experience with full‑service alcohol service facility is desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching and ability to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee every aspect of restaurant operations.
• Ensure excellent guest service that meets or exceeds expectations.
• Ensure the restaurant is adequately staffed to meet guest needs.
• Control day‑to‑day operations including profit & loss and cash controls.
• Operate the business in accordance with policies and laws.
• Manage all shifts with daily decision‑making, staff support and planning.
• Maximize table turnover, sales per guest and sales per hour.
• Enforce safe work behaviors to maintain a safe environment.
• Monitor daily activities to ensure quality food and cleanliness standards.
• Meet the restaurant's P&L and expense goals.
• Promote suggestive selling techniques.
• Maintain professional behavior while creating a warm and hospitable atmosphere.
