Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day FOH and BOH operations in Birmingham, AL. You will lead staff, drive sales, and ensure outstanding guest service in a fast-paced dining environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, management, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in restaurant business development, sales and catering, and/or marketing a plus.
• Three years plus in Restaurant Management or Bachelor's or Master's degree in Restaurant Management a plus.

• Maintain a high level of customer service by interacting with guests, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Role Description
