Dave & Buster's Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager to provide leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and guests' experience.

You will develop and lead hourly team members, coach staff in recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and professional development, and model our core values to ensure high-quality, timely results in a fast-paced entertainment setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
• Proven ability to manage COGS and labor costs
• Strong leadership and guest-service orientation

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER : provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.

Requirements:

• 21+ years of age
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• True leadership capabilities
• The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
