Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old with a minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to perform basic math and count cash.
• Minimum of 2 years of food service experience required.
• Previous management/leadership experience preferred.
• Organized with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow and enforce policies and procedures.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Team Members and the operations for entire restaurant.
• Complete employee schedules according to child labor laws.
• Consult with Food Service Director and HR regarding employee issues and disciplinary actions.
• Train Team Members on proper food service policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including child labor laws.
• Maintain attendance, discipline, and schedule records for employees.
• Establish job assignments and monitor follow-through.
• Set up daily operations according to food service procedures.
• Oversee cash handling, verify drawers, and review voids/refunds.
• Communicate product or equipment issues to the Food Service Director.
• Address customer issues and complaints as needed.
• Assist with resignations/terminations in coordination with HR.
• Maintain employee files and scheduling records.
