GetGo Café + Market in Monroeville, PA is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations, supervise team members, and uphold brand standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

You will coach staff, assist with interviews, maintain a clean environment, ensure food safety, and manage cash, inventory, and administrative tasks when the Restaurant Manager is away. Flexible shifts and full-time hours available.

Qualifications

• Full-time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required
• Valid state Driver’s License required
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast, friendly manner; coaches and corrects team
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and performs housekeeping duties
• Directs team and ensures food items meet brand and health regulations
• Coaches staff on food prep and production management
• Manages cash, sales, inventory, and shift paperwork
• Completes administrative duties in RM's absence
• Ensures safety and compliance with laws and policies
• Partners with RM to meet financial and operational targets
