Circle K in Erie, Pennsylvania is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, supervise the team in the RM's absence, and uphold Circle K standards. This role emphasizes guest service, safety, and accurate cash/inventory management.

The RAM will partner with the Restaurant Manager to achieve operational metrics while coaching staff, maintaining product quality, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Full time position requiring availability during all hours of operation
• Valid state Driver’s License required
• Excellent communication skills
• Motivates, coaches, and leads team members
• Ability to work under pressure and meet objectives
• Team player who can work well with others or independently
• Able to bend, twist, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Comfort with cash handling and basic POS procedures

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and assigns shift duties
• Directs team and ensures food prepared and served to Brand and health standards
• Cascades information and assists with new product training
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory; completes end-of-shift paperwork
• In RM absence, completes administrative duties and paperwork
• Ensures safety and compliance with regulations and policies
• Partners with RM to meet financial and operational metrics
