Job summary

Gatti's Pizza is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure quality products in a clean, friendly environment.

You will coach and develop hourly staff, manage staffing, inventory, and budgeting, and partner with leadership to meet corporate objectives. A strong leader with a track record in fast-paced hospitality is ideal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with leadership experience in hospitality or retail.
• Minimum two years of management experience in food service, hospitality or retail; must be 18+.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and guest service skills.
• Demonstrates sound reasoning and follow-through in decision-making processes.
• Demonstrates excellent organizational, financial and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to attract, train, retain, and motivate quality employees.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Must be food safety certified.

Responsibilities

• Ensures excellent guest service that meets or exceeds expectations.
• Ensures adequate staffing to meet guest needs and recruits hourly employees.
• Manages training and development of hourly staff.
• Oversees product quality, availability, cleanliness and safety.
• Manages inventory, ordering and receiving.
• Monitors restaurant performance through financial reports and Mystery Shop scores.
• Develops short and long-term financial and operational plans.
• Maintains labor schedules and office organization.
• Recommends local store marketing programs to drive sales.
• Ensures security and safety of guests and employees.
