Job summary

Dunkin' Maine franchisee is seeking a Restaurant Team Leader to hire, train, and develop crew; you will work on the floor 75% of the time and 25% in the office, ensuring training completion and maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

You will coach the team, manage staffing, handle guest concerns, recognize performance, and supervise ordering and scheduling to meet budgets while promoting a positive work environment with weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, retains, and develops team members.
• Work on the floor with the team 75% of the time. 25% will be office work.
• Ensures all employee training is completed.
• Executes team service through effective role modeling, scheduling, cross training, and employee coaching.
• Ensure the restaurant meets safety and sanitation standards, inside and outside the store.
• Empowers the team to handle all Guest concerns calmly and with a sense of urgency.
• Recognizes team members for demonstrating desired behavior and performance.
• Maintains appropriate staffing levels to meet business needs and ensures all shifts are appropriately staffed.
• Communicates Guest feedback and engage the team in action plans to resolve issues.
• Treats all team members fairly and with respect.
• Executes development plans for talented team members to grow their career.
• Executes effective ordering as well as hiring and scheduling to meet weekly / monthly budgets per store.
