Qualifications

• Graduating with an undergraduate degree between Dec 2026 – June 2027.
• Open to diverse academic backgrounds; business/hospitality preferred.
• Must be willing to work in-restaurant, including mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Strong interest in growth, ownership and hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a three-year hands-on operations program across RBI brands.
• Develop leadership and multi-unit P&L management capabilities.
• Prepare for senior operations roles such as Brand President or VP of Operations.
• Work in-restaurant to drive guest experience and performance.
