Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group seeks a Manager in Training for a Taco Bell unit in Stockton, CA. This role supports operating hours and supervises frontline staff to ensure cleanliness, hospitality, product quality and speed of service. The MIT will train employees and model behaviors daily.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, cash handling, inventory control, and safety compliance, with focus on developing a strong, reliable team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts as needed.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and accurately take orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink products per standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair staffing and compliance with laws.
• Offer ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Help with onboarding and development of new employees.
• Monitor speed of service and resolve bottlenecks to meet targets.
• Oversee daily inventory and cash procedures.
