Job summary

Whataburger is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee a high-volume kitchen and front-of-house team. You will drive performance, uphold food safety and hospitality standards, and lead a team of fifty+ Family Members to deliver great guest experiences.

You'll rotate through Customer, Quality and People AORs, coach talent, manage cost controls, and partner with the Operating Partner to achieve sales goals and career growth opportunities within Whataburger.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience.
• ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain) and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Coach, develop, and support Family Members to reach their full potential.
• Be responsible for achieving restaurant goals across sales, labor, food cost, and profitability.
• Ensure food safety, workplace safety, and brand standards are upheld.
• Model Whataburger values and create a positive, inclusive work environment.
